Jessica Charles’ brand recognition rose double-fold by re-developing its brand identity and messaging. The established upholstery seating manufacturer wanted to target younger, more fashion-conscious customers—reposition to be more youthful, feminine, and stylish. The new direction via the brand logo, website, and catalogs reflected that mindset. An ongoing monthly email campaign, PR campaign, and social media updates led to increased brand visibility.
